About the Position

HALO is looking for an eCommerce Implementation Specialist to build and launch websites on its enterprise ecommerce platform.

The specialist will manage website projects from kickoff through launch. The role combines website building, problem-solving, client communication, and project ownership.

The position requires knowledge of UI/UX design and responsive web development. Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full website build process from kickoff through launch.
• Translate client requirements into complete ecommerce storefronts.
• Build responsive websites for desktop and mobile.
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to configure websites.
• Configure layouts and navigation.
• Manage website content and user experience.
• Configure product catalogs.
• Configure website search.
• Configure cart and checkout functions.
• Configure customer flows.
• Set up custom domains.
• Configure analytics.
• Support SEO setup.
• Configure third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot website and platform issues.
• Use internal tools and documentation to solve problems.
• Identify issues that require developer or subject matter expert support.
• Escalate technical issues early with clear information.
• Review requirements before beginning a build.
• Identify project gaps and dependencies.
• Confirm technical approaches with project teams.
• Manage website project timelines.
• Track workload and progress.
• Monitor project risks and blockers.
• Coordinate with external development and integration teams.
• Perform quality checks throughout the build.
• Support formal testing.
• Resolve issues before client review.
• Resolve issues before launch.
• Serve as a technical contact during client conversations.
• Demonstrate websites to clients.
• Explain website functionality clearly.
• Answer build and design questions.
• Document project work.
• Provide a clean handoff after launch.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building or implementing ecommerce websites or web applications.
• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Experience with front-end development.
• Experience configuring online stores or websites.
• Experience with enterprise ecommerce platforms.
• Experience with SaaS or custom ecommerce platforms.
• Working proficiency in HTML.
• Working proficiency in CSS.
• Working proficiency in JavaScript.
• Ability to read front-end code.
• Ability to write front-end code.
• Ability to troubleshoot front-end code.
• Strong eye for design.
• Ability to create responsive storefronts.
• Ability to translate brand direction into website designs.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Compensation

The estimated salary range is $50K–$80K per year.
