  • We are not an employment agency. We do not guarantee that an Employer will hire a Job Seeker, nor do we guarantee that a Job Seeker will be suitable for an Employer’s needs.

3. User Accounts (Employers)

If you create an account on WorkVapor.com, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

4. Job Postings and Conduct

Employers agree that they will not post any job vacancy that:

  • Contains false, misleading, or discriminatory information.
  • Requires an upfront fee from the Job Seeker.
  • Promotes illegal activities or pyramid schemes.

We reserve the right to remove any job posting or terminate any Employer account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms.

5. For Job Seekers

  • Resume Data: When you apply for a job, you agree to share your Name, Email, Phone, and Resume with the specific Employer who posted the job.
  • Due Diligence: You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of the Employer before attending interviews or sharing sensitive personal data (such as bank details or social security numbers). WorkVapor.com is not responsible for any scams or fraudulent activities conducted by third parties listed on our site.

6. Third-Party Links and Ads

Our website contains links to third-party websites and advertisements served by networks like Advertica. These links are provided for your convenience only.
