About the Position
8Quanta is hiring a NetSuite Consultant. This is a remote position. The work will be performed during Central Standard Time hours.
The role focuses on NetSuite Financials and payment processing. You will help clients improve their accounting systems. You will also help set up automated payment and reconciliation processes.
The position starts on a part-time basis. There may be an opportunity to move into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure NetSuite Financials.
- Optimize General Ledger processes.
- Support Accounts Payable.
- Support Accounts Receivable.
- Manage multi-subsidiary setups.
- Improve month-end close workflows.
- Set up credit card payments.
- Set up ACH payments.
- Configure bank reconciliation workflows.
- Improve order-to-cash processes.
- Build NetSuite workflows.
- Create automated billing schedules.
- Develop financial reports.
- Translate accounting needs into system solutions.
- Lead client discovery sessions.
- Support user acceptance testing.
- Train client finance teams.
- Advise clients on NetSuite solutions.
Required Qualifications
You should have at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or consulting experience. Your experience should focus on Financials and Accounting.
You should understand core accounting principles. Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition and financial reconciliation is required. You should also be comfortable working directly with clients.
You must be able to explain technical system functions in simple accounting terms. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are important.
