Helen's Project Mental Health Care is a nonprofit organization founded in 2009.
The organization provides accessible mental health care through evidence-based and client-centered telehealth services. Services are offered to youth ages 5 and older through adults.
About the Position
Helen's Project is looking for licensed Mental Health Therapists to join its remote clinical team.
The therapist will provide telehealth services to a diverse client caseload. The position also includes clinical documentation and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
Openings are available for both full-time and part-time positions.
Schedule and Availability
Full-time W-2 employees must have at least 32 available clinical hours per week.
Scheduling is managed through the Front Desk and Reception Department. Employees must maintain reliable availability and submit schedules through approved systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy.
- Provide couples therapy.
- Provide family therapy.
- Provide group therapy when applicable.
- Deliver services through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Conduct clinical assessments.
- Create individualized treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Monitor client progress.
- Adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
- Complete session notes within 48 hours.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Support continuity of care.
- Help clients with anxiety and depression.
- Support clients dealing with trauma.
- Support relationship challenges.
- Help clients manage life transitions.
- Follow ethical standards.
- Follow licensing board requirements.
- Follow state-specific regulations.
- Participate in supervision when applicable.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Participate in professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted clinical license in the state where services are provided.
- Accepted licenses may include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent credentials.
- Comfortable working fully remote.
- HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
- Reliable internet connection for telehealth.
- Strong clinical documentation habits.
- Ability to maintain timely records.
- Commitment to the organization's mission.
- Interest in serving diverse client populations.
Associate and Provisionally Licensed Clinicians
Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are welcome to apply.
Free clinical supervision is provided as an employment benefit. Supervision is subject to supervisor availability and organizational standards.
Compensation
Pay is $25–$40 per hour.
Compensation is based on the completed session rate discussed during the offer process.
No-shows are not compensated.

Pre-Employment Requirements
