About the Position
Bright Vision Technologies is looking for an AI Prompt Designer.
The position will lead the strategy and design of prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-based application architectures.
The role focuses on modern LLMs, reusable design patterns, evaluation frameworks, and developer tools. The selected candidate will help teams build scalable LLM applications and make responsible technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define prompt design strategies.
- Develop reusable prompt patterns.
- Design agentic workflows.
- Support LLM-based application architectures.
- Build evaluation frameworks for LLM systems.
- Develop tools that support LLM application development.
- Apply modern LLM techniques to production systems.
- Help teams select suitable LLM approaches.
- Support responsible use of AI.
- Mentor engineers.
- Influence technical direction across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Significant experience working with LLM-based applications.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered products to production.
- Strong knowledge of modern LLM APIs.
- Experience with agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of embeddings.
- Experience with vector databases.
- Experience designing evaluation pipelines for non-deterministic systems.
- Strong Python skills.
- Familiarity with modern application frameworks.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles.
- Knowledge of AI safety and policy considerations.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
- Experience influencing technical decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Public writing about LLM application development.
- Experience giving technical talks.
- Open-source contributions related to LLM development.
- Experience with multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with complex tool-use systems.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning workflows.
- Understanding of when to use fine-tuning instead of prompting.
- Experience with customer support applications.
- Experience with coding assistants.
- Experience with analytics agents.
- Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise software.
- Experience working with strict compliance requirements.
