Role Overview:

• Perform essential accounting functions and reporting in accordance with company policies

• Execute complex accounting tasks with strong internal control understanding

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decisions

• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly reports

• Coordinate, consolidate, and analyze financial transactions

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting deadlines

• Review and reconcile financial information for compliance and consistency

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes

• Support special projects as assigned

• Mentor and guide junior accounting team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Experience with accounting and reporting systems

• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills

• Solid understanding of the accounting close process

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the energy industry
