Role Overview

• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close

• Analyze financial trends and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with GAAP-compliant financial reporting

• Work cross-functionally to improve accounting processes

Daily Work

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

• Support month-end close activities

• Review Actual vs. Budget for practices and cost centers

• Prepare financial statements per company policies

• Assist internal and external audit requests

• Maintain ERP accuracy (Workday or similar)

• Handle ad hoc accounting projects

Required Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred

• 2-4 years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP

• Experience with ERP systems like Workday

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
