The company buys and sells investment properties. It is looking for a full-time Dispositions Buyer Intake VA to manage the buyer side of its business.

About the Position

The Dispositions VA will market real estate deals to investors and manage buyer conversations.

This is a phone-heavy position. The selected candidate will call and text real estate investors throughout the day.

The role also includes buyer intake, CRM updates, follow-up, group showing coordination, and offer collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Send new property deals to the buyer list.
• Use the company's two marketing platforms.
• Learn the marketing platforms through company training.
• Respond to buyer replies by SMS and email.
• Maintain fast response times.
• Log buyer interest and viewing requests.
• Record buyer feedback.
• Record reasons buyers pass on properties.
• Call new cash buyers every day.
• Follow the provided call script.
• Collect buyer purchasing criteria.
• Add buyer information to the CRM.
• Re-engage inactive buyers by phone.
• Clean and maintain the buyer list.
• Monitor email delivery rates.
• Monitor text delivery rates.
• Help maintain 100% deliverability.
• Coordinate one group showing per property.
• Schedule showings.
• Confirm attendees.
• Send reminders.
• Collect offers from interested buyers.
• Submit offers to the owner for final negotiation.
• Resend deals after price changes.
• Call buyers who show interest.
• Follow up on deals that need action.
• Check in monthly with title companies on deals under contract.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English.
• Fluent written English.
• Fluent spoken Spanish.
• Fluent written Spanish.
• Confidence speaking on the phone.
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day.
• Availability from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
• Availability Monday through Friday.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Quiet workspace.
• Quality headset.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to log every conversation.
• CRM experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Real estate or sales experience is not required.

Compensation

The base salary is $800 USD per month.

The position also offers a $50 commission for every assigned deal.

The listed pay range is $800–$1.2K per month.

Performance directly affects total earnings.
