Position Summary:

• Verify and correct patient insurance and policy information

• Ensure clean claims prior to payer submissions

• Identify and resolve eligibility denials and verification failures

• Maintain high productivity and accuracy in a remote environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze eligibility trends and report findings to leadership

• Resolve payer mapping and system errors

• Collaborate with offshore teams to improve accuracy

• Support denial reduction initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

• 2+ years of medical billing, eligibility, or revenue cycle experience

• Knowledge of payer requirements and coordination of benefits

• Experience with 277/278 EDI files and eligibility portals

Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Familiarity with denials management and reimbursement processes

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
