Role Overview:

Manage high-volume automatic renewal accounts within specialty sports insurance programs.

Review and evaluate renewal business to achieve premium rate and loss ratio objectives.

Ensure policies are issued prior to state regulation deadlines.

Work closely with Underwriting leadership to complete assigned underwriting projects.
-
Maintain consistency in policy forms and communicate coverage updates to producers.
Key Responsibilities:

Process automatic policy renewals efficiently and accurately.

Analyze renewal accounts and recommend underwriting actions.

Review coverage forms for compliance and consistency.
-
Support Underwriting Manager, Director, and SVP with assigned tasks.

Maintain regulatory compliance in policy issuance timelines.
Skills & Eligibility:
-
Property & Casualty (P&C) License required (must obtain within 6 months of start date).

3–5 years of insurance industry experience preferred.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage high-volume workload with accuracy.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
