Role Overview:

Serve as a key business consultant between Steelcase North America, dealers, and field sales teams
-
Optimize order fulfillment processes for seamless customer experiences
-
Drive continuous improvement across supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery functions
-
Lead collaboration efforts to resolve order challenges and enhance operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
-
Guide dealers before order creation and placement to ensure best practices
-
Understand and optimize the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream
-
Mentor dealers on order management and pre-order processes
-
Monitor dealership performance and advocate for improvements
-
Lead pre-order meetings with dealers and field sales teams
-
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order issues
-
Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:
-
2–3 years experience in a similar role
-
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
-
Customer service and order management experience
-
Project management or similar experience
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

SAP knowledge
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build relationships and influence partners

Confidence leading meetings and presentations

Strong problem-solving and corrective action skills

Familiarity with Lean methodologies

Ability to manage changing priorities effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Relations, or related field
