Salary: $120K – $125K + 20% Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities – Financial Reporting:

• Own and maintain commercial finance dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks
• Ensure accurate revenue, trade, and margin reporting in monthly and management statements
• Analyze actual vs. plan (volume, pricing, mix, trade, margin) and identify risks & opportunities
• Support quarterly business reviews with clear financial insights and narratives
• Improve reporting processes, data quality, and cross-functional metric alignment

Financial Planning & Commercial Strategy:

• Partner with Sales and Business Analytics to optimize trade spend and promotional strategy
• Review bids, tenders, and commercial proposals ensuring strong ROI
• Analyze forecasted sales volume, trade performance, and margin trends
• Support long-range planning focused on margin optimization and growth targets
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and forecast accuracy

Ad Hoc Analysis & Business Support:

• Build financial models evaluating scenarios, investments, and trade-offs
• Support innovation initiatives, contracts, and customer investment cases
• Analyze and recommend improvements for DSO metrics
• Enhance finance tools, systems, internal controls, and data accuracy
• Proactively present actionable insights to leadership

Team Leadership & Development:

• Help build and scale the commercial FP&A function
• Define roles and identify capability gaps
• Manage and mentor direct reports
• Contribute to the broader FP&A organizational growth

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Revenue Management, Trade Management, FP&A, or similar field
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling expertise
• Experience with NetSuite, BI tools, CRM, or financial planning systems (preferred)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
