Key Responsibilities

Research property ownership, title details, and equity using public records and paid data tools

Perform advanced skip tracing to find phone numbers, emails, and addresses of property owners

Contact homeowners briefly to verify information and qualify interest

Transfer qualified leads to the sales team (no sales responsibility)

Maintain accurate CRM records and prioritize time-sensitive cases
Skills & Eligibility

Experience in skip tracing, collections, lead research, or real estate preferred

Strong investigative and online research skills

Comfortable working with KPIs and daily performance targets

Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce

Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
