Daily IT Operations:

  • Manage hardware lifecycle including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle documentation
  • Configure and provision employee hardware and system access
  • Ensure secure and reliable system availability for internal teams

User Access & Account Management:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Set up and manage system accounts, permissions, and hardware access
  • Administer Google Workspace including user accounts and group permissions
  • Troubleshoot authentication or account access issues

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Resolve connectivity issues involving Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and internal systems
  • Support network printers and office devices including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Handle internal IT requests through ticketing systems

Systems & Compliance Support:

  • Maintain technical documentation and asset tracking records
  • Assist with compliance initiatives including StateRAMP security standards
  • Support accessibility compliance with WCAG guidelines
  • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to resolve compliance-related technical challenges

Tools & Technologies:

  • Google Workspace (G Suite) administration
  • Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Networking including Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS troubleshooting
  • Hardware asset management systems
  • IT ticketing platforms and documentation tools
