Overview:

• Join a fast-growing consumer health platform to support federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting
• Contribute to SALT work, notice responses, ASC 740 support, and process improvements while working in a hybrid/inclusive remote environment

What you’ll do:

• Assist with federal, state, and local tax compliance and return preparation
• Research technical SALT issues and document conclusions with memoranda
• Help respond to tax notices and maintain organized tracking of all notices
• Support ASC 740 calculations and related tax account reconciliations
• Contribute to process improvements for tax compliance and controversy workflows
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, auditors, and external advisors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting or a public company environment
• BA/BS in accounting, finance, or tax from an accredited university
• Basic knowledge of sales/use tax and income/franchise tax
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• CPA track preferred and specialization in state & local tax strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
