Job Overview:
Lamb Painting is hiring Painters and Painter’s Helpers to work on residential and commercial projects. You’ll apply finishes, prepare and clean job sites, assist with materials, and ensure every project meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.
- Prepare, clean, and mask all jobsites.
- Remove old paint coatings if necessary.
- Mix colors or oils to achieve desired color consistency.
- Move necessary materials around jobsite.
- Clean up worksite debris.
- Follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively with the team.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- High school diploma is an asset.
- Previous painting experience is welcome but not required.
- Willingness to work at heights.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and ability to work well with clients and team.
- Ability to operate painting tools, equipment, and vehicles safely.
Work Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time hours, up to 40 per week, with overtime opportunities.
- Pay range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $60K/year.
