Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound patient inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Meet or exceed call-to-appointment conversion benchmarks
• Guide patients on services, procedures, insurance, and benefits with empathy
• Maintain accurate records in EMR and CRM systems
• Support administrative and cross-functional patient service tasks

Skills & Eligibility

• Proven experience handling sales-style conversations and objections
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and EMR/EHR systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dual-monitor (2-screen) setup with high-speed internet required
• Arizona residency mandatory; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
