About The Work
This work is for attorneys who handle legal cases. Main focus is on general liability and transportation cases. Work includes defending clients in accident related matters. Person will work with team and handle cases with proper planning. Work is serious but simple to understand if experience is there.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle liability and transport cases
- Defend clients in legal matters
- Prepare legal documents and reports
- Research case details and laws
- Work with team and senior lawyers
- Manage cases with less supervision
Skills Needed
Person should have law background and license in California. At least 2 years experience is needed. Good writing and speaking skills are important. Should know how to handle cases and do legal research. Person should be confident and work independently.
Work Style
Work can be remote or hybrid. Person can work from different locations. Team support is available. Work depends on case load and deadlines.
Salary Details
Salary depends on experience level:
- Associate: $100,000 – $165,000
- Senior level: $140,000 – $215,000
- Partner level: $190,000 – $275,000+
