Role Overview:
-
Support enterprise CAFM platform development and optimization
-
Work with IBM TRIRIGA integrated with Maximo
-
Hybrid schedule (local candidates within 50-mile radius only)
-
Collaborate with IT, facilities, and business stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop, configure, and maintain IBM TRIRIGA components
-
Modify workflows, business objects, forms, rules, and dimensions
-
Support TRIRIGA upgrades, environment setup, and content migration
-
Develop and maintain reports using BIRT reporting tools
-
Optimize CAFM processes and data models for performance
-
Improve system efficiency and reporting capabilities
-
Work cross-functionally with developers, UX designers, and analysts
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years experience in Facilities Management or CAFM environments
-
5+ years hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA or Maximo
-
Minimum 4 years experience with TRIRIGA Projects Module Version 10
-
Experience supporting TRIRIGA upgrades and migrations
-
Strong experience with BIRT reporting
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as Workplace Reservation Manager

Experience managing Real Estate portfolios or lease systems
-
Experience integrating TRIRIGA with enterprise asset systems

Government or large enterprise CAFM implementation experience
