Key Responsibilities

• Lead full fleet lifecycle including acquisition, maintenance, compliance, and remarketing
• Act as trusted advisor to clients on fleet strategy, cost optimization, and risk reduction
• Analyze fleet data to identify cost, safety, sustainability, and compliance improvements
• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Communicate insights through reports, presentations, and business reviews

Skills & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in fleet operations, client account management, or B2B services
• Strong consultative client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics and reporting tools
• CAFM certification required or to be obtained within 18–24 months

Additional Information

• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, and fleet management systems preferred
• CAFS or CAFM certification holders strongly preferred
• Bilingual French is an asset
