Role Overview

• Support members in finding reliable backup care solutions

• Build and strengthen Backup Care Circles for families

• Guide members through sourcing and validating local providers

• Improve overall member care experience

• Work closely with Care Operations team

Core Duties

• Engage directly with members to understand care needs

• Identify and connect with reliable care vendors

• Expand the Wellthy Care Network with local providers

• Deliver end-to-end backup care solutions

• Find at least one viable care option within 4–6 hours

• Collaborate on best practices and real-time problem solving

• Manage assigned overnight shift schedules

• Support resource expansion during low-volume periods

Required Profile

• 5+ years childcare or senior care experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to support families effectively

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable working independently

• Familiar with local care provider landscape

• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and member-focused approach

Good to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or child development

• Bilingual English and Spanish

• Interest in AI tools and emerging technology

• Experience sourcing private caregivers or licensed providers

Shift Details

• Weekend overnight schedule

• Friday 11pm – Saturday 7am

• Saturday 11pm – Sunday 7am

• 8-hour shifts, total 16 hours per week

• Must be available on holidays if shift falls
