MTS Solutions Manager – Real Estate Engineering, Financial Modeling | $100K-$150K

Position: MTS Solutions Manager

Location: Remote – Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN (Work-from-home + On-site as required, up to 10% travel across US & Canada)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 – $135,000 per year + 10% targeted annual bonus (Estimated compensation range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year depending on experience and location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive RFP solution development by analyzing work order history, asset lists, and budget data
• Build detailed task-level estimates for preventive and reactive maintenance services
• Develop projected staffing models and routing plans for mobile technical services
• Create pricing formats, client templates, and participate in site tours and validation sessions
• Develop proforma profitability models and document cost savings with service line experts

Technical & Analytical Expertise:

• Analyze large data sets using Corrigo, Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling
• Normalize pricing assumptions using hands-on mechanical and operational knowledge
• Compile benchmarking data and fully document estimate assumptions and dependencies
• Create pricing exhibits during RFP, negotiation, and contracting phases
• Support estimating tool development and educate account teams on pricing models

Skills & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering
• Strong financial modeling skills with finance/accounting background
• 2+ years in mobile/routed services or pricing engineering + 5+ years real estate experience (engineering/technical services focus)
• Experience in route planning, logistics, and pricing strategy development
• Excellent communication, multi-project management ability, and strong attention to detail

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Day Shift
• Remote flexibility with up to 10% travel
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (No visa sponsorship provided)
