Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate expectations of stakeholders including internal teams, partners, and customers
• Support planning and execution of IT and cloud solution delivery projects
• Build and track project schedules using project management tools
• Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks and issues as needed
• Facilitate status meetings, Scrum ceremonies, and working sessions

Skills & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3–5 years experience in IT project management or coordination
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, or DevOps environments preferred
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Additional Information:

• Certifications like PMP, CSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Azure Fundamentals preferred
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps is a plus
• Customer-facing role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams
