Middleware System Administration:

  • Build, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise middleware platforms
  • Support IBM middleware products including WebSphere Application Server Network Deploy and IBM HTTP Server
  • Manage IBM Business Process Manager, WebSphere Transformation Extender, and IBM MQSeries environments
  • Maintain integration platforms such as IBM Integration Bus

Enterprise Application Support:

  • Provide technical support for enterprise applications built on IBM middleware environments
  • Support custom-developed systems including TPIN METS and related application suites
  • Maintain integration between enterprise applications and IAM security solutions
  • Deploy code updates for middleware and internal application platforms

Infrastructure & System Operations:

  • Implement and support secure and highly available systems using F5 load balancing technologies
  • Troubleshoot server hardware and operating system issues
  • Apply required updates and fix packs to middleware environments
  • Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability

Automation & DevOps Support:

  • Develop automated deployment scripts using Jenkins and Ansible
  • Support application deployment pipelines and release schedules
  • Maintain consistent architecture across development, testing, and production environments
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades and integration improvements

Technical Architecture & Documentation:

  • Prepare technical architecture and design documentation
  • Support project planning and system architecture improvements
  • Manage small to medium-level technical projects
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for internal teams

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with IBM middleware platforms including Business Process Manager and Integration Bus
  • Experience installing and maintaining Informatica ActiveVOS systems
  • Experience working with healthcare program integration platforms such as HHS Integration Software
  • Experience supporting enterprise integration systems and middleware architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with WebSphere Application Server Network Deploy architecture
  • Linux administration and scripting experience
  • Experience integrating IBM middleware with Oracle Identity and Access Management systems
  • Experience working with IBM Cram systems and IBM Collaborative Lifecycle Management
