Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential investors
  • Qualify accredited investors and assess interest level
  • Book meetings for internal closers
  • Track activities and results inside CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Ask for referrals to expand investor network

What Success Looks Like (Initial Phase):

  • Deliver 2 qualified investor leads within 2 weeks
  • Provide investor name, phone number, and background summary
  • Demonstrate ability to generate warm, conversation-ready investors

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-volume outbound calling (sales, fundraising, appointment setting, collections, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals and accredited investors

Compensation Details:

  • $10 per qualified investor lead
  • No base salary or hourly pay
  • Performance-based 1099 contractor structure
  • CRM access, scripts, and support provided upon qualification
