About the Position

Spiritual Family Counseling, LLC (SFC Cares) is looking for one compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker to join its virtual practice.

The clinician will provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and managing a caseload without clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed social worker is required.
• Limited-license social workers may be considered with prior private practice experience.
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy.
• Private practice experience strongly preferred for limited-license clinicians.
• Ability to practice autonomously.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Must be credentialed with insurance panels or eligible for immediate credentialing.

Preferred Experience

• Therapy with couples.
• Therapy with children.
• Therapy with men.
• Experience working in a private-practice environment.

Important Position Information

This is not a supervision or training position.

No clinical supervision is provided. Applicants must be prepared to provide services independently within the scope of their license.

Position Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

The role is structured as independent contractor or self-employment work rather than traditional employment.

The selected clinician must be able to make a minimum commitment of 9 months to 1 year.

Compensation Structure

• Starting compensation is 65% of insurance reimbursements.
• Compensation increases to 70–75% after building a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients.
• The increase to 70–75% depends on appointment consistency, scheduling, and low cancellation rates.
• Compensation increases to 80% after 6–9 months of consistent performance.

Interview Process

Candidates will participate in both virtual and phone interviews.
