Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute moves management plans to acquire, retain, and upgrade supporters
• Identify and cultivate donors and institutions capable of contributing $10K+
• Build long-term relationships leading to major gifts, P2P participation, and partnerships
• Maintain accurate donor records and track engagement using database tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize fundraising outcomes

Skills & Eligibility:

• 2–5 years experience in major gifts, nonprofit partnerships, or similar roles
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for human services and social impact mission

Additional Information:

• Remote role based in Greater Dallas with up to 30% local travel
• Annual travel to New York City required
• Experience with donor data software preferred
• Valid US driver’s license preferred
